I must be missing something I dont understand why I would want to buy these videos for $4 or $5 apiece it should be offered for free since its a product of the Apple line that comes on our phones and other devices!!

No customer service contact for real issues. No resetting of passwords, it is demanding answers for security questions that are not my security questions. No one to contact to correct issues.

Im not paying a cent for videos that are asking for when iCloud is not yours to make money off

Here, download this app so you can see what you can buy from us. In app purchases is an irresponsible description. It should actually be a purchased app as there is nothing you can do or see without a purchase, except a shopping list of what you can buy.

I am having a lot of difficulty registering. It asked me to register my phone by dialing *228 and send and indicate 1 for information. That didnt work. I was prompted to download iPhone cloud which I did, but I figured that I needed an app.

Apple presents this "app" as a guide that will provide assistance in downloading and using icloud. The app itself provides no guidance. The scam aspect is that there is no indication that a purchase or purchases, are necessary in order to have access to any such guidance. You only find out after downloading the "app". The convention in the App Store appears to be that if a purchase is involved, it will be so indicated clearly in the description of the app available for download. Aside from being annoyed, I am disappointed that Apple has devised such a misleading method of trying to sell a product. It demonstrates a lack of integrity that makes you wonder what else they cannot be trusted with.

I cant get iCloud to work and the only help you offer is an advertisement? Apple is NOT what it used to be.

I already pay for iCloud but this app wants you to pay $$ to learn how to use what you pay for. Need help $5! Want this app to work? $9.99 What a joke.

I thought this was a way to sign into iCloud.com from a wireless device without using a PC, but it appears this app is full of videos and instructions that costs. I find this app useless.

Immediately wants $$ to know about its product. Whats wrong? Is it so difficult you need a series of videos. Maybe we dont need iCloud?

I cloud is blocking my mail trying to give me a new account. When I enter my password iCloud tells me that I have an account but continues to block my account. Hope apple reads this and fixes problem.

This is supposed to allow me to access my photos, etc. anywhere but nowhere are there instructions on how to do that. Only more "stuff" to buy i.e. How to videos. These should be given to us freely if you want the app to be used.

This app is just a shell to get you to spend money. My thinking is that if the "Free" stuff is so worthless, the paid for stuff may not be any better.

all I need to mention is that they prompt you with videos you have to pay $5.99/video!!
