Apple Scam - Waste of Time

Apple presents this "app" as a guide that will provide assistance in downloading and using icloud. The app itself provides no guidance. The scam aspect is that there is no indication that a purchase or purchases, are necessary in order to have access to any such guidance. You only find out after downloading the "app". The convention in the App Store appears to be that if a purchase is involved, it will be so indicated clearly in the description of the app available for download.
Aside from being annoyed, I am disappointed that Apple has devised such a misleading method of trying to sell a product. It demonstrates a lack of integrity that makes you wonder what else they cannot be trusted with.
