What is "free app?" Did a mistake in not seeing review before down-loading! I cant give any stars

They take your money the first time, then It want me to buy the videos again. It shows that I purchased the videos on iTunes. Now I want the guide to put these Cons in Jail !!!

Did Apple forget to pretend we are more than wallets with phones? Hard to imagine a worse app. Wanna know how to use app ? $4 and well let you know. Oh wanna know how to do something else? View video for $9.99! Dont they realize that we warn each other when stuff is worse than the plague?????

Bought a video and wont play ,it wont show how to play. Nothing happens Save your money .

Free to download the app. Costs money to learn anything from it. Its just one big advertisement for buying their tutorial videos. Furthermore, you have to watch ads while scrolling through their ad. Worthless.

Always check what company that made the app. As you can see this is not a Apple Inc. app. This could be why it is not compatible with iCloud. Or you could say Apple is not letting it access your files. Be safe.

I have not been able to get this app to work. Why did I pay for this?

This is just a commercial to buy a bunch of videos. Got it from Apps Gone Free so no problem there. Not worth the price.

All I want to do is access some photos from my ICloud photo library which were uploaded from my iPhone, and use them on my iPad. I downloaded this app with the reasonable expectation that it would provide some basic information on how to do so. To my frustrated and frankly incredulous dismay, I find that tapping on what I had supposed would be the appropriate link to access the requisite information provides ONLY options for PURCHASING video instructions. That seems completely incongruous with Apples reputation for famously user-friendly interactions. The presumably simple matter of accessing a photo from a Heavily promoted this-will-make-life-easier Apple storage system to use on an Apple device should NOT require

I downloaded this app, then had to purchase the one chapter that I needed, "How to use iTunes in iCloud". The chapter wont open, Apple Support has not responded to my email about the problem, I have not seen a refund of my money.

I tried to learn how to retrieve my photos and al I get is crap about videos. You must be joking.

Rip off 10$ works not

The worst thing I have ever bought from the APP Store. It will not download. No customer support.

Horrible!! So many ads I had a hard time telling which screens were part of the ap and which were just adds. After about 5 min of paging thru and trying to figure it out I just deleted the ap!

This app offers the opportunity to buy tips & info (with advertisers) if you are willing to pay for in-app purchases. You can buy them by individual chapter or by the group. I thought this app could help me; theres a good chance it could, considering Im in need of the help. I just didnt appreciate finding out after the download I had to pay for everything I needed info on. Doesnt mean the info is not worth it; just means I dont do business like this. Call Apple or Apple Care. Respectfully. Good luck.

This app is the worst rip off Ive ever seen with no way to get a refund. Videos dont play and after numerous attempts to contact customer service no reply. Dont waste your money on this one. Complete rip off! I would give it no stars if possible.
