Its a pain in the neck to be asked to pay for simply watching how-tos...not helpful!

Once you download the free app, if you want to read about 1 topic, you have to buy the content. You have to buy the content for each topic. Sorry I wasted time downloading this "free" app. I have subsequently deleted this app from my iPhone.

When you buy an item there is an owners manual to explain the workings of that product. With my iPad I got a link to the Guide, BUT they want me to pay to find the information. That is not right! Very disappointed.

You have to buy every tutorial that should be for free. Waste of money . Go to YouTube and get the free info

Its horrible, that after laying out $600 for my IPad that I have to pay to use the help sections. They should come free with the IPad. But I did found that if you got a device, such as my trusty kindle or pc and Google the help topics I need I can find everything I need to, including videos just by doing a web search.

Bought the program to watch videos but cant even do that. All you get with this is ripped off.

Bought all the videos for 10 bucks and when I try to watch a video it just goes to buy for3.99 or all for 9.99 what a rip off. If I could rate it a zero I would.

Ill take the Ap with all the crappy reviews please.

Cannot move through the app without getting advertisements which you cannot turn off. Completely useless app.

I recently purchased the iCloud series of guides and for the last week have seen the guides simply trying to connect to the App Store for downloading ... And nothing more??!!

This app is ridiculous! It says it is "free"!!! Sure, it is free to download the app but it is totally useless unless you buy the videos - total waste of time to download

The guide is good. It gives you a prettygoodidea on how to access different features in the cloud. But for those who need to see an actual visual of the steps, paying for the videos not a good deal

Sure, you could download this free app but then youd have to pay for everything inside of it.

Could not ever get it to download- could not get a refund

Spent the $ 9.99 for all the videos. But app wouldnt connect to AppStore or download videos. No problem processing my payment though.

I dont want to read thru a billion pages and in app purchases and videos. I just want information. No thanks. This was not helpful in the least.

What a rip off ! You get this app and all it does is to try to sell you a bunch of expensive videos. One star is being generous.
